Joining She Strides is simple — here’s how to get started:

Download the CLIQ app (for free) and create an account to discover your closest She Strides run club location and see what runs and events are happening near you.

Choose Your Membership Option

Pick what works best for you:

 

  • Pay As You Go (PAYG) – flexibility to join when it suits you. £4 per run. Book PAYG via CLIQ.

  • Memberships – enjoy unlimited runs across all locations, first access to events, and exclusive community perks. All for only £12.99 per month

    • Join Ascot via CLIQ

    • Join Basingstoke via CLIQ

    • Join Hampshire via CLIQ

    • Join Farnham via CLIQ

    • Join Godalming via CLIQ

    • Join Guildford via CLIQ

FAQs

​I’m new to running — can I still join?

Absolutely! She Strides is for every level, from complete beginners to experienced runners. Our pacing groups make sure you can start at your own speed and build confidence.

 

How far do you usually run?

Our weekly runs are typically 3–6km, depending on the location. Track nights and special events may vary.

 

Do I have to be a member?

Nope — you can join on a Pay As You Go basis or choose a membership if you’d like to come regularly.

 

How do I join the WhatsApp group?

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll get a link to join your local group for updates, motivation, and post-run chats.

 

Can I try a session before committing?

Yes! You can drop in for a PAYG session to see if it’s your vibe before choosing a membership.

 

What pace do you run at?

Most of our groups range between 6:00–7:30 min/km, but don’t worry — we always have pacers to support whatever pace you need.
