Track Night Policy

Group Track Night

1. Our responsibilities include:

  • Maintain 1:25 ratio of Leaders & Pacers : Participants

  • Planning and structuring track workouts.

  • Ensuring all safety measures are in place.

  • Conducting pre-session warm-ups and post-session cool-downs.

  • Managing pacing groups and accommodating different fitness levels.

  • Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment.

2. Health & Safety Responsibilities:

 

  • Participants must notify and report to coaches of injuries or medical concerns before the session starts or immediately if occurred during a session.

  • Participants should wear appropriate track shoes and athletic clothing suited for running conditions.

  • Personal medical supplies (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) should be carried if required.

 

3. General Terms and Conditions:

  • Participants must be aged 12+, with under-18s requiring adult supervision.

  • She Strides is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions, except where negligence applies.

  • Members should assess their fitness levels and avoid pushing beyond safe limits.

4. Media & Content Policy​

 

  • Sessions may be recorded via photos/videos with member consent.

  • Members may opt out by notifying the leadership team - prior to the session.

​

5. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains current and aligned with UK running
guidelines.
