Meet Lillie Bleasdale

She Strides Track Coach & Club Trainer

​​Lillie Bleasdale is the driving force behind the technical training at She Strides. As the Founder and Head Coach of PASSA, a New Balance Ambassador, and a Championship-qualified London Marathon athlete, Lillie brings elite-level expertise to our community.

​

At She Strides, Lillie serves as our resident Track Coach and the architect behind our club infrastructure. She has personally developed the comprehensive training programs used by our Club Leaders and Pacers, ensuring that every run is led with safety, structure, and expertise.

​

With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Lillie’s coaching philosophy is simple: Training should fit around your life, not the other way around.

​

As a passionate Female Health Advocate diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, Lillie possesses a deep understanding of the unique physiological and mental challenges women face in sport. She is dedicated to building "future-proof bodies" and helping every runner—from the track to the trail—become fitter, stronger, and healthier.

Qualifications:

  • England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Pre & Post Natal Specialist

  • Sports Conditioning Specialist

  • Emergency First Aid & Mental Health First Aider
