She Strides: Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear, but we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right.

1. 14-Day "Change of Mind" Policy

Under UK law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

2. Return Conditions (The "Good as New" Rule)

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in the condition they arrived:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not have been used for a run or workout.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached.

  • Hygiene Standards: * Socks & Underwear: For hygiene reasons, these can only be returned if the packaging seal remains unbroken. Once opened, these items are non-returnable.

    • Apparel (Tees/Leggings): Please be careful of makeup or deodorant marks when trying on items. We cannot refund items that are returned marked or scented.

3.. Faulty Items

If an item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to full refund or replacement. 

 

4. How to Start Your Return

  1. Notify Us: Email hello@shestrides.co.uk with your Order Number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Ship It: Package your items securely.

    • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48) as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

  3. Refund: Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within30 days.
