Whether it’s your first ever run or your first run since having kids, our 3K Newbie Run is the perfect place to start.

What is the Newbie Run?
We know taking that first step can feel nerve-wracking but you’re not alone. This run is designed specifically for beginners, and I bet everyone else is feeling the same way too!
We aim to have two supportive pacers (depending on numbers) running with the group to guide you at a relaxed pace — around 8 minutes per kilometre. And don’t worry if you’re not sure what that means. You’ll be encouraged to take walking breaks whenever you need to, and no one gets left behind.
It’s a relaxed, supportive environment where you can take your time, build confidence, and just enjoy it (or as much as you can while running.)
