Before you will be allowed to participate in the run sessions organised by She Strides Limited (“She Strides”, “we”, “us”) (each a “Session”), you must join the She Strides community via the booking platform and review and accept these terms.


By agreeing to these terms, you:

  • Accept that you are participating in the Session voluntarily and entirely at your own risk;

  • Acknowledge and agree that (i) the Session may be physically demanding, and (ii) it is your responsibility to consult with your doctor to ensure that you are fit and well enough to take part in the Session and that your participation will not pose any risks to your health and wellbeing;

HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES WAIVER


By agreeing to these terms on the She Strides App, you:

  • 12 -18 year olds can participate with a 18+ consenting adult who will supervising throughout the session.

  • Accept that you are participating in the Session voluntarily and entirely at your own risk;

  • Acknowledge and agree that (i) the Session may be physically demanding, and (ii) it is your responsibility to consult with your doctor to ensure that you are fit and well enough to take part in the Session and that your participation will not pose any risks to your health and wellbeing;

  • Warrant and represent that you are aged over 18, are fit, healthy and able to take part in the Session and that you have no past or present medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the Session or creates a risk of danger to yourself or other participants;

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, waive, release, covenant not to claim, and discharge (and procure that your heirs, assigns, spouses, partners, next of kin or personal representatives waive, release, covenant not to claim, and discharge) She Strides and any of our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, insurers or suppliers from any and all liability, now or in the future, for any claims, conditions, injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property arising out of your participation in the Session. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Strides, our principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from your negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in the Session;

CONTENT AND DATA WAIVER

By agreeing to these terms on the She Strides App and participating in the Session, you: 

  • acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Session may be recorded on film/video, in audio recordings or in photographs and you hereby grant us for no fee your consent to make full, unlimited use in all media, throughout the world, of the materials featuring you recorded at the Session and any comments, quotes or contribution provided by you at or relating to the Session; and

  • confirm that you do not object to us processing and storing on our database any materials featuring you and your personal information. We will process such information and materials in accordance with our privacy notice which can be found a within this She Strides document or by emailing hello@shestrides.com
